Whistling Book Press was created from a simple question:

What would publishing look like if authors were treated with care, clarity, and respect?

The honest answer is—it took a long time to learn.

For more than a decade, this press was a place of experimentation, mistakes, restarts, and hard lessons.

We tried to do too much.

We learned some things the long way.

We discovered how easily creative people burn out when systems don’t support them.

That experience is the foundation of Whistling Book Press today.
